All rental rates are inclusive of 12% Florida Sales and Tourist taxes.

Pool heat is available as an optional extra at £10 / $18 per night and is generally recommended between October and April.

A non-refundable deposit of £150/$200 per week is required to secure a booking. The balancing payment is due 10 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of $350 is taken upon arrival (usually via credit card but can be made using cash, debit card or travellers checks) and is usually realeased within 1 week of departure once the property clean/inspection has taken place.
